Test Parameters
- Download speed:
- Measures the data transfer rate from the test server to the user's device, usually expressed in Mbps (Megabits per second).
- Upload Speed:
- Measures the rate of data transfer from the user device to the test server, also expressed in Mbps.
- Latency (Ping):
- Measures the time it takes for a packet to be sent from the user device to the test server and back, usually expressed in milliseconds (ms). The lower the latency, the faster the network response.
- Jitter:
- Measures the volatility of latency and reflects the stability of the network. Lower jitter values mean a more stable connection.
- Packet Loss Rate:
- Measures the proportion of packets lost during data transmission, usually expressed as a percentage. A high packet loss rate can affect the quality of real-time applications such as video calls and online gaming.
